Just a short note to let you know that today's handling of the inbound/outbound flights was [a] treat to watch and certainly a step in the right direction. According to my staff, the interior cleaning was achieved in good time, the check-in was quick and efficient, even though the outbound flight was oversold, we managed to do our upgrades and close the flight on time. Immigration and Security was quite smooth and well-managed by your staff. Perhaps the most pleasing result, was the gate-boarding which we managed to achieve a gate clearance by 1550 and off-blox @ 1553. Please congratulate your staff on a job well-done and let's hope that we can continue this good work in the future.
