They were all very efficient and very professional when dealing with this incident. They all remained calm, very professional and available at all times for the passengers and crew on this flight. Any issues that the passengers had, were dealt with in a very timely manner and everyone put in more than 100% effort. Communication to both the passengers and crew were of an excellent manner and everyone remained updated through out the delay. It was great to be working with such a dedicated team that can all work well together, and meet the needs of our passengers and crew alike. We had a day of snow in CHC, which proved to be a challenge. All of the ... staff worked extremely hard in nasty conditions, without a break until the afternoon flights departed, after starting on the early shifts. None of them complained, they just got on and did a tremendous job, assisting passengers wherever they could.
