Just a short note to thank you and your team for Friday’s flight handling. It was extremely well done. A special thanks for noticing the Portuguese passports and pax not holding visas. On Wednesday 2 passports were out of date and noticed by check-in staff, The professionalism of Skystar staff is outstanding.

I just wanted to convey to you, how super helpful and efficient I have found him, and what a delight he is to deal with. Last minute ticket masks can be quite frantic and usually come the end of the day, when we find ourselves a tad stressed Michael is always reassuring and happy to help, which allows us to go home, knowing that the ticket will be issued and ready for collection for the passenger.
